As a second-generation family business, we are very aware that in many instances our work forms part of someone’s home or work environment, and also that we are working with and in places that have historical architectural significance.
A property does not need to have a preservation order in order to be worth preserving, and we apply this same ethos to our restoration work.
Most importantly, with our 40 years of experience, we can often offer options to our clients, so that they can consider what best fits their project, budget and design requirements.
We have been involved in successful projects throughout the country, both in private residences and public buildings.
Our Restoration Process:
The first step is to make contact with us on 012812161 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the vast majority of cases, all that is required in order to match an existing moulding is a call to site so that we can discuss the scope of the works with you. We offer a Supply Only and a Supply and Fit service, and are happy to quote for both options.
Should an order be placed we take a sample or a profile of the existing moulding. This is then brought back to our workshop and custom moulds are manufactured, by hand, and then from these moulds, we cast the required amount for the competition of your project. And this is then fitted.
We carry out all the production in our workshop in Kilcoole, and all our products are made by hand.
Restoration to Existing Decorative Mouldings
Can you match my existing cornice/centrepiece/decorative moulding?
The short answer is Yes. We can. We can match anything, from as little as cornice profile, a damaged piece of the original, or even, from a picture if that is all that is available.
There is nothing that cannot be done.
